Partners In Management (PIM) was originally created in 1987 to oversee the operations of Tucker House Phase I and II and later, Trinity Woods and Magnolia Gardens. PIM is certified by HUD as a management company.

PIM processes all bills, contract approvals, monitors special projects, human resources and payroll for all facilities. It also is the liaison between HUD and the facilities in all matters not related to daily operations.
